Dear Students,

I am thrilled that you are looking at our district-wide technology resource.  I want you to know that I am dedicated to bringing you the most outstanding educational resources and opportunities.  As I help teachers plan for your learning, I think about what I would want for my own child. My responsibility to you is always at the forefront of my decision making.

The Google domain brings new opportunities for you in collaboration and communication.  There is a lot of activity in Classroom, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Drawing and Forms.  Here is a little data snapshot from February.

We’ve added some additional paid resources like WeVideo for video editing, and Read and Write for Google which supports reading as well as writing.  You should check them out.  I like Read and Write for Google because you can listen to any text on a website.  It also lets you create speech-to-text!  Google Docs does too.  For more information see the links below.
